Cancellations & Refunds

At Tata’s Transportation, we value clear communication and fairness for both our clients and our operations. Please review the following cancellation and refund terms carefully before booking.
 

Deposits

  • A $250 deposit is required to secure your reservation.

  • All deposits are non-refundable, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of the $250 deposit, with no refund or credit issued.


Future Credit with Proper Notice

  • If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your $250 deposit will be credited toward a future booking.

  • This deposit will remain on file and be applied to the rescheduled service date.

  • The credited deposit does not expire unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of rebooking.


No-Show Policy

  • Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time without notice will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows result in automatic forfeiture of the deposit, with no refund or credit.


Weather & Emergencies

  • Tata’s Transportation is not responsible for cancellations due to bad weather, acts of nature, personal emergencies, or unforeseen customer circumstances.

  • These situations do not qualify for refunds and do not override the 48-hour cancellation requirement.
     

Company Cancellations

  • In the rare event that Tata’s Transportation must cancel a service due to operational reasons, clients will be offered the option to:

    • Apply the deposit to a future booking, or

    • Receive a full refund of the deposit


Acknowledgment
By booking services with Tata’s Transportation, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
