Cancellations & Refunds
At Tata’s Transportation, we value clear communication and fairness for both our clients and our operations. Please review the following cancellation and refund terms carefully before booking.
Deposits

A $250 deposit is required to secure your reservation.

All deposits are non-refundable, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of the $250 deposit, with no refund or credit issued.
Future Credit with Proper Notice

If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your $250 deposit will be credited toward a future booking.

This deposit will remain on file and be applied to the rescheduled service date.

The credited deposit does not expire unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of rebooking.
No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time without notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows result in automatic forfeiture of the deposit, with no refund or credit.
Weather & Emergencies

Tata’s Transportation is not responsible for cancellations due to bad weather, acts of nature, personal emergencies, or unforeseen customer circumstances.

These situations do not qualify for refunds and do not override the 48-hour cancellation requirement.
Company Cancellations

In the rare event that Tata’s Transportation must cancel a service due to operational reasons, clients will be offered the option to:

Apply the deposit to a future booking, or
-
Receive a full refund of the deposit

Acknowledgment
By booking services with Tata’s Transportation, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
